Implant Direct, a global dental implant company, hired me to lead a full-scale redesign and optimization of its 12 international marketing and e-commerce websites. The objective was to improve user experience, unify branding across markets, and drive measurable SEO performance.
My Contribution
User-Centered Research
Conducted extensive user research through surveys, stakeholder interviews, customer support feedback, and heatmap analysis (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
UX/UI & Prototyping
Used Balsamiq and Figma to create responsive wireframes and interactive mockups based on behavioral data and usability findings.
SEO & Performance Strategy
Integrated Conductor SEO tools to identify keyword opportunities, improve rankings, reduce bounce rates, and boost organic traffic.
Information Architecture
Redesigned the site structure, including navigation and product hierarchy, to improve content accessibility.
Style Guide & Visual System
Developed a modular design system and style guide to ensure consistency across international sites.
Agile Project Implementation
Transitioned the team from a waterfall to Agile methodology using Jira for sprint planning and stakeholder feedback loops.
