Used Balsamiq and Figma to create responsive wireframes and interactive mockups based on behavioral data and usability findings.
Integrated Conductor SEO tools to identify keyword opportunities, improve rankings, reduce bounce rates, and boost organic traffic.
Redesigned the site structure, including navigation and product hierarchy, to improve content accessibility.
Developed a modular design system and style guide to ensure consistency across international sites.
Transitioned the team from a waterfall to Agile methodology using Jira for sprint planning and stakeholder feedback loops.
