Project Overview
FutureRx is a healthcare technology company offering a cloud-based, modular platform designed to close care gaps, complete interventions, and conduct health assessments by leveraging a network of integrated service providers. Their solutions support medication adherence and streamline healthcare operations for health plans and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs).
Project Challenge
As a contract UX/UI designer, I was tasked with designing a user-friendly internal system application and CRM for FutureRx, which lacked an existing style guide. The goal was to create an intuitive interface aligned with a regulated environment and real operational constraints.
My Contribution
UX/UI Design
Led the end-to-end design process using Figma, from user flow mapping to high-fidelity mockups, focusing on clean navigation and logical information hierarchy.
Rapid Prototyping
Implemented fast iteration cycles to visualize user interactions and validate design decisions early with internal teams.
Brand & Style Guide Creation
Developed a comprehensive design system from scratch to establish brand consistency across FutureRx's digital tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Worked directly with the CMO, product owners, offshore developers, and other UX designers to ensure alignment from concept to handoff.
Team Leadership
Facilitated collaborative design sessions, set UX standards, and provided mentorship to ensure cohesion across the UI team.
