Developed a comprehensive brand identity and digital presence for a dental implant manufacturing company, including logo design, website development, and marketing materials. The challenge was to create a modern, trustworthy brand identity while improving their digital presence to better connect with dental professionals.

Brand Rejuvenation

Developed a modern, professional brand identity system that positioned Paragon Implant as a leader in its industry. This included the creation of logos, brand style guides, environmental signage for three corporate buildings, and booth designs for three major industry tradeshows.

Disruptive Innovation & Strategic Planning

Led the strategic planning and mapping of the backend infrastructure for Paragon's next-generation dental implant product, ensuring a smooth pre-launch process and positioning the brand for disruptive market entry.

Future-Proofed E-commerce & Systems Integration

Forecasted and implemented early-stage ERP and CRM systems, fully integrating platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, and WooCommerce. Designed and prototyped a user-centric online store that streamlines both customer experience and operational workflows, with the full e-commerce launch now scheduled for August 2025.

Data-Driven Marketing & Content Strategy

Spearheaded a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, delivering a robust online presence that included website development, social media campaigns, video production, product showcases, and pre-sales campaigns that drove significant market interest and lead generation.

End-to-End Marketing Collateral & Brand Stewardship

Owned the creation of all marketing and internal communications collateral—spanning newsletters, product showcase websites, announcement campaigns, recruitment pages, tradeshow materials, business cards, as well as internal presentations, sales decks, and formal corporate documents. Additionally, managed video editing, art direction, and all brand assets, serving as the sole creative lead working closely with the founder and CEO for over two years, before transitioning the responsibilities to the newly formed in-house creative and marketing team.
